HUMAN RESOURCES CIRCLE

The HR (Human Resources) Circle grew out of the study carried out in 2022 by the CHD and the consulting firm Deloitte on NGOs' salary and non-salary practices.

The CHD decided to launch the HR Circle, which brings together the human resources managers of member NGOs around themes relating to the human and social dimension of their organisations. Through meetings devoted to sharing support, practices and expertise, members reflect on their experience of the HR function within NGOs, staff training and the role of volunteers.
