In accordance with its statutes, the association is governed by a Board of Directors of 6 to 14 members, elected for a three-year term by the General Assembly from among the candidates put forward by active members. Board members may be re-elected, with no limit on the number of terms.
At its first meeting following each Annual General Assembly, the Board of Directors elects the members of the Executive Committee from among its own members, for a one-year term, as follows:
